Parcel Tracking Widget is a lightweight Android application that allows users to track parcels from a local delivery service in Ukraine directly from their mobile device. Designed for speed and convenience, the app provides quick access to shipment status without complex flows, making it especially useful for everyday users who want instant delivery updates.
The application was personally developed by StarkSoft CEO Oryna Starkina and launched in 2018. From initial concept to production release, the project covered full Android development, widget implementation, and long-term maintenance. The app achieved over 500,000 downloads, is still actively maintained, and includes monetization through Google Ads. This project demonstrates deep hands-on Android expertise, the ability to build and scale consumer apps independently, and real-world experience with user growth, retention, and ad-based monetization.
