This project was a one-time technical consultancy engagement for a large client management system in the Educational Technology (EdTech) domain. The client needed an independent, fast, and reliable assessment of the existing codebase to support a critical company acquisition decision. The key requirement was clarity: identify technical risks, validate code quality, and determine whether the product was suitable for long-term ownership and scaling.

Our team conducted a fixed-price code audit completed in just three days. We reviewed the architecture, code quality, maintainability, and potential red flags, and summarized the findings in a concise one-page executive report. The deliverable included a clear list of risks, improvement recommendations, and an actionable decision framework to support or decline the acquisition.
